During your stay at Ferienhaus Ferwall you will stay in 3-5 rooms with shower / WC (single, double or shared room) upstairs as well as a spacious, separate kitchen and a spacious dining room / lounge for up to 10 people on the ground floor. In the basement is the ski room with boot dryer.
Please note that this is not a completed apartment. The holiday home is a type of self-catering chalet.
The staircase as well as parts of the cellar are shared with family Traxl, which inhabits 2 completed apartments in the house.

The total price includes electricity, heating, water, bed linen, towels and tea towels. Local tax and final cleaning (€ 15,00 per person) will be charged separately. However, the price for the final cleaning may vary depending on the degree of soiling.
Cancellation fee
- 91 days before arrival free cancellation!
- 90-31 days before arrival 40 % of the total amount
- 30-8 days before arrival 70 % of the total amount
- 7-0 days before arrival 90 % of the total amount
- For no-shows, late arrivals or early departures, 90% of the total amount will be charged!
Cancellation cover
Sometimes things turn out differently and the booked vacation must be canceled or prematurely broken off. We want to spare you the associated costs and anger. Therefore we recommend taking out hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung (including Covid coverage free of charge).
